How it works

Chef Mark is generally booked 2 to 3 months in advance to ensure availability and allow ample time to promote. However, you can sometimes booked closer to or further in advance from the event date. Chef Mark, gets booked fast so plan your event and book him ASAP. An event usually lasts two to three hours.

Hiring Chop And Serve, to appear at a trade show can be a unique way to increase the visibility of a company and attract clients to a booth. As the chefs cook, the aroma exuding from their cuisine can capture the
attention of nearby attendees. Their chopping, whisking and sauteing can also act as a visual draw.

The chef will require you to provide all equipment needed to perform the demonstration, if your products are sauces or spice blends a sample of
each product must be sent to the chef for menu planning, in advance
before the event. If your products are not sent to the chef to test before your event the product will not be demonstrated.
